Individual account or joint account: Application form and valid identity document*.
- Company account: Application form and identity documents.
To activate your account and online service

Activate your account: Our licensed agents will explain to you the risk disclosure statement before you sign. It will take two days for our company to review the documents. Client will receive a confirmation letter after the procedures are finished.

Online trading platform: If you also wish to use our online trading service, you will receive an email confirmation after your account is activated. Follow the instructions on the email to register and activate the online account.
*Hong Kong resident: Hong Kong Permanent Identity Card/ Hong Kong Identity Card
Mainland / Macau resident: Chinese Identity Card. Visitor Permit ticket required, matched with Travel Document Number
Foreign resident: Copy of Foreign Passport. Visitor Permit ticket required, matched with Travel Document Number
Remark1: Declaration statement or deed poll must be provided if the holder of Hong Kong identity card’s reported name has been changed since first registration.
